What is involved in the training to become an Outgrow Advisor?
Outgrow offers in-person certification training covering how to sell and deliver a successful Outgrow engagement. Certification sessions are led by our founder Alex Goldfayn. Additionally, Outgrow Continuing Education (OCEs), which are live web-based training and real-time Q-and-A for help and support with your current client situations, are held weekly.
Does Outgrow Have a Proven Process To Apply With Clients?
Yes, there is a simple but effective plan for the Outgrow Launch Year, as well as for the Outgrow Support Years. You’ll benefit from a proven process that not only simplifies your business life but delivers the revenue growth we promise.
How long does it take to complete the training?
Outgrow Certification Training (OCT) is a two-day in-person session, occurring approximately quarterly. Outgrow Continuing Education (OCEs) are live, one-hour web meetings occurring weekly.
What kind of support does Outgrow provide once I become an advisor?
There are multiple layers of support available to our Advisors. Each Certification group of Advisors will meet for weekly OCEs as part of the Outgrow process. There are also broader peer group meetings and forums where all Advisors have the opportunity to share success stories and learning. Finally, there are more traditional support function staffed with individuals who will respond to questions from the Advisors.
How do I find clients as an Outgrow Advisor?
The best and most-straightforward path to Outgrow clients is to talk to your current clients. Every current client is an Outgrow prospect, and every Outgrow client is a prospect for your other business. Because Outgrow focuses strictly on creating systematic business growth, there is no overlap or competition with the business coaching most people do in EOS, Vistage, Pinnacle, Gazelles, etc.
