Advisors will implement Outgrow for their clients, taking them through the journey of becoming an Outgrow organization, with the ultimate goal — one-year post your launch workshop with them — of helping them generate 15%-30% annual sales growth. You will also help your client significantly.

You Will Create Significant Revenue Growth in Existing Business
Because Outgrow is a revenue growth program, we will focus actively on maximizing your income — both in Outgrow, as well as in your existing lines of revenue, including your other practice if you have one. You will run Outgrow for yourself, making, logging, and tracking daily proactive communications to clients and prospects to increase your sales. You will regularly exchange success stories, ideas, and successful techniques with your Outgrow Advisor colleagues.
You’ll work Directly with Alex Goldfayn
Early Outgrow Advisor Cohorts will be run by Alex Goldfayn. I’ll work directly with you to grow your Outgrow book of business. Future cohorts will be led by Senior Advisors, or full-time Advisor Developers.
Outgrow does not revolve around "full days" of engagement and many of our interactions are phone and web-meeting-based.
Unlike other business improvement programs, Outgrow does not revolve around spending entire days in person with your clients. Instead, most of the interactions occur on the phone (shocker, right?), and web meetings. During the six-month Launch program, there is one full-day workshop with the client’s entire customer-facing team and one 2.5-hour in-person meeting. During the Annual Maintenance period, there are just two in-person 2.5-hour sessions. The rest of the work is done remotely. So, you’ll make more money and spend less time locked in conference rooms for long days with your clients.

Everybody at an Outgrow Organization knows what a DYK, rDYK, and quote follow-up is. They all know how to pivot, what the percent of business question is, and the VM + Txt move. It brings a common sales vocabulary to a team, which is incredibly helpful for leaders and their teams. It's especially helpful for companies that actively grow through mergers and acquisitions.
We will measure ROI
If the Outgrow program is $15,000 per quarter, and your $10M client only adds 15% (the low end of our range) by being systematically proactive, this is $1.5M in new revenue, which is a 4,167% return on their investment (that is, they generate 41x the revenue that they invested). If their gross margin is 25% -- a common ballpark -- they will make $375,000 in new gross margin dollars on the growth you create for them. That's a 1,041% ROI, or 10-1, on their payment to you. And this is only in the first year. By year three, they will have generated $5.2M in new sales growth, becoming a $15.2M company and generating $1.3M in new gross margin.
