I know firsthand how challenging it can be to lead growth. As CEO of Pacesetter, I turned to peer advisors to navigate critical decisions in talent, M&A, and change management. That experience cemented my belief in the power of outside perspective and structured guidance. Now, I bring that belief into my work as an Outgrow Advisor and through Empower Leadership, where I coach executives and facilitate leadership teams who want to achieve clarity, alignment, and transformation.
