While finishing up a degree in Business at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, I opened a direct selling business, thinking something else better may come along. Since then, I have had over 35 years of experience in direct selling and built a sales force of nearly 300. I have led them to a top 7 position nationwide and internationally, acquiring a tremendous amount of knowledge in leadership, team building, business, recruiting, and sales development. Along with nurturing relationships and building ethical cultures, all this kept us moving forward. I made a switch in 2016 to share all I gained from my direct selling experiences with companies everywhere. Building a culture of growth and excitement is what fulfills me.

In 2016, prompted by friends and family to support more companies rather than just direct selling businesses, I took a leap of faith, realizing so many entities have no idea how to run a successful business and build on a solid culture of growth and relationships. It has been a fulfilling journey so far!

In 2025, learning about OUTGROW sparked my spirit for sales once more. I am thrilled to be a licensed advisor and to go deeper with businesses to increase revenue by 15–30% year over year.
