Brandon Blell is passionate about helping business owners improve operations and lead fulfilling lives. With a positive, collaborative approach, she guides entrepreneurial leadership teams through growth challenges, focusing on creating meaningful, lasting impact. Her mission is to help business owners thrive, achieving financial stability and a balanced life outside of work. Brandon began her career with high-growth global technology brands, spending 20 years learning how to scale businesses effectively. At Red Hat from 2002 to 2014, she worked with the leadership team to build a powerful brand and systematize cross-functional initiatives, leading to remarkable growth—from $165 million to $2.3 billion in revenue, turning net losses into $257 million in profit, and expanding the workforce from 400 to 7,500 employees. Despite her success in software, Brandon felt a strong connection to her family’s entrepreneurial roots, prompting her to join her father’s furniture manufacturing company. There, she discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)®, which helped align the company’s vision and enhance focus and accountability. This experience, along with her successful transition of the family business to a healthy exit, fueled her desire to help other leaders achieve similar results while maintaining healthy family relationships. Now, as a Certified Outgrow Advisor, Brandon helps clients drive 15-30% predictable revenue growth by equipping leaders and their customer-facing staff with the mindsets and actions needed to increase revenue. In addition to her roles as an Outgrow Advisor and EOS Implementer®, Brandon is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®). She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina. Brandon and her husband live at Lake Norman, near Charlotte, North Carolina, where they raised two children.
