Brett Stewart is committed to helping business leaders and their teams get exactly what they want from their businesses. As an Expert Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS™), he’s been doing that for the last 10 years, but as good as EOS is, Brett felt like he lacked the tools to help his clients really drive their businesses. Then he discovered Outgrow and realized that it brought science and structure to the methods he used to successfully grow his last four businesses, and he knew he had to take it to as many people as possible.

Brett began his career working in large organizations, first as a management consultant focused on turnarounds and then as the CFO of a $1B+ insurance company. In the early 2000’s he got the entrepreneurial itch and eventually started and ran three of his own ventures before becoming an EOS Implementer in 2015. Since becoming an Implementer, Brett has led over 800 full-day sessions for more than 100 entrepreneurial businesses. His ultimate goal is helping business leaders get what they want: great income, a team they love working with, and time left over for pursuits outside of work.

Brett earned B.A. degrees in Math and Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife of 32 years and his dogs Eddie and Buddy-Baker, and he has two grown daughters that also live in the metro Atlanta area. When he’s not coaching leadership teams, Brett applies the same disciplines to compete as an elite bicycle racer and is an active member of Passion City Church.
