I’ve built growth the hard way—by selling, leading, and operating inside blue-collar businesses where performance is earned, not promised. Over my career, I’ve helped scale operator-led organizations from regional operators into national platforms, including leading one business beyond $1B in annual recurring revenue and other past $100M+ through disciplined sales execution, operational alignment, and accountable leadership.
I became an Outgrow Advisor because sustainable growth is never accidental—it is designed. Too many businesses chase revenue without structure, confuse activity with progress, and rely on heroic effort instead of repeatable systems. Outgrow brings order to that chaos by forcing clarity, truth, and ownership at every level of the organization.
My background is rooted in building real sales engines—ones that align vision, people, and process so revenue is predictable and scalable. I’ve led sales teams, partnered with operators, and worked alongside executive leadership to drive new customer acquisition, strengthen existing relationships, and turn complexity into momentum.
I work best with founders, executives, and private-equity-backed leaders who respect the work, value discipline, and understand that long-term value is created through focus, transparency, and execution. My role is not to motivate or theorize—it is to help leaders see clearly, decide decisively, and build businesses that perform under pressure.
