During his 25+ year journey of establishing and growing companies, and building successful teams, Daniel Davis developed an interest in understanding how to make businesses “work”. His passion for business led him on a search for the best tools around the world.

When Daniel read the book “TRACTION” in 2014, he knew that the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) was the holistic and simple answer that he had been looking for. Daniel went on to become the first EOS Implementer in APAC and made it his mission to bring EOS to the region. Soon after, Daniel was trusted by EOS Worldwide to expand the brand internationally. In the past decade, Daniel has delivered thousands of full-day EOS sessions with hundreds of leadership teams as a world-leading Expert EOS Implementer.

When Daniel came across Outgrow, he saw the same transformative potential that he first recognised in EOS. As a Certified Outgrow Advisor, he is proud to bring another landmark, proven system to the businesses of Australia.
