Jeff is originally from Ohio. After college he relocated and started his career in the San Francisco Bay Area for 13 years before moving to the Chicagoland area where he remains today. Jeff is married to Jill and has two grown sons (Robert in Denver and Christopher in Atlanta).

Over the years, Jeff had the opportunity and privilege to work with large publicly traded companies, established and growing privately held companies, municipalities, family businesses, and seemingly everything between.

In each stage, selling was a key component of his journey. His use of that sales training was the foundation of what he has done and remains doing today. He attributes his success to the people and companies that invested in his growth along the way.

In 2001, he was chosen to start a fulfillment company from scratch, supporting top financial and insurance companies across the country. The business was a success and he exited in 2015.

In 2015, he chose to pivot into starting his own successful business with Leadership Management International, developing leaders, improving personal productivity and process improvement, at all levels within the companies he serves.

Being an Outgrow Advisor is a natural extension for Jeff. Not only will the companies he serves benefit through revenue growth, but the employees of those companies will learn to do sales…a skill and tool that can be positively used for the rest of their lives!
