Jim is an award-winning entrepreneur and strategist with more than 40 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, creativity, sales and business management. He earned his BFA in Graphic Design from Michigan State University, MS in Creativity and Change Leadership from SUNY Buffalo State, Buffalo, New York and a Graduate Certificate in VUCA Leadership at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. From 1995 to 2007 Jim was CEO/Principal of Publicom Inc., a full-service marketing communications firm located in East Lansing, Michigan specializing in service brand management for clients throughout the Midwest. Following the firm’s sale in 2007, Jim held executive positions with McLaren Health Care Corporation, Flint, Michigan and Lifestyle Lift, Troy, Michigan. Jim is an Expert Entrepreneurial Operation System Implementer (EOSi), Certified Outgrow Advisor and Certified Exit Planning Advisor. He has facilitated more than 850 day-long sessions with more than 125 companies throughout Ontario, Canada and Western New York. Jim was the first EOS Implementer to reach Expert status in the region. He is also the President of Stitch Solutions, a network of experts providing a wide range of service designed to help Entrepreneurs grow their businesses. He is a Vistage Trusted Advisor, has been a Reactor for the University of Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, adjunct faculty at the Center for Applied Imagination at SUNY Buffalo State College and holds certifications in VIEW, KEYS, LPI, FourSight, Kolbe, Denison, DISC and SOQ.
