A lifelong entrepreneur, Jonathan launched Harmony Home Health at 22, fresh out of UNC–Chapel Hill. Harmony twice earned spots on the Tampa Bay Business Journal Fast 50 and won him the paper’s “Up-and-Comers Under 30” award. When Harmony hit a ceiling, he implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS), doubled revenue in three years, and sold to private equity as the platform acquisition in its niche.

Hungry to share what he’d learned, Jonathan became an Expert EOS Implementer and has since facilitated 800+ leadership sessions for 80+ Florida companies, helping owners gain clarity, accountability, and—on average—double-digit year-one revenue growth. His sessions are known for clarity, impact, and authenticity, and he is passionate about helping leaders get exactly what they want from their businesses while leading happier, more balanced lives.

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT, as well as a past president of Entrepreneurs’ Organization Tampa Bay. He lives in St. Petersburg with his wife, Melanie, and their daughters, Julia and Leah, where he’s usually planning the family’s next food-filled adventure or sunset sail.
