With Outgrow, I help agency owners grow intentionally and exit successfully. Helping people overcome their fear and mental blocks about Sales is challenging work and I absolutely love it! I’ve been on a nontraditional, 25+ year path to entrepreneurial success via the digital agency and software industries. My experience has taught me that all entrepreneurs need to know two things: How to be great leaders who know how to create value, and how to sell that value. I’m committed to working with clients who want to make a difference in the world; for whom maximizing profits means increasing the good they can do for others. I am passionate about helping underrepresented groups (queer, neurodivergent, disabled, BIPOC, etc.) create generational wealth for their employees and chosen families.
