Founder, chef, and operator of the Gan Shan restaurant group, in Asheville, North Carolina Patrick nourished his community with his two restaurants for nearly a decade. With the timely sale in February 2020 and November 2023 respectively, Patrick saw opportunity amidst a rapidly changing local and national landscape and seized upon a passion for helping fellow entrepreneurs by becoming an EOS implementer.

In working with teams Patrick focuses on an “ask great questions to get things done” approach allowing teams to arrive at their own conclusions for what is best for their business. Having no previous sales experience, Outgrow provided the support to clear the mental hurdle that most non-experienced sales professionals have. Knowing that he was offering value to prospective clients, he followed the call, voicemail, text message approach and the success was immediate. Furthermore, he developed a real passion for calling people and maintaining those human connections that are a challenge in today’s increasingly digital society.
