Rocco worked on the executive team of a large managed service provider in sales and services delivery. While he was there, he grew the installed revenue in the western region and led it to be the highest producing region in the company. He was then asked to start a net new business group and in 5 years get to 100M in annual revenue; his team achieved this in 3 years, and by year 5 was at 152M. While he was there, they sold the company 4 times, 3 at 7-9x EBITDA and the final at 20x EBITDA. Highest EBITDA was 162M. Since then, he’s worked with CEOs to get the biggest exit when they sell the business, moving them from a financial transaction to more of a strategic transaction through driving installed based growth and getting new accounts.
