With over three decades of experience as an action-oriented leader, Ross has a proven track record of delivering substantial results. As President of a food manufacturing company, he oversaw the successful growth of revenue from $18 million to $80 million within a five-year span. His leadership experience spans companies with revenue ranging from $5 million to $5 billion. Notably, he successfully exited his role as President and investor in a Private Equity-backed company that experienced exponential growth, reaching $300 million from $60 million.

Currently, Ross actively participates as a Vistage Trusted Advisor and has been a member of YPO since 2010. He has been helping companies implement the Enterprise Operating System (EOS) since 2019 and currently holds the designation of Expert EOS Implementer. He is enthusiastic about integrating Outgrow into his practice, which will enable him to address a recurring challenge faced by his clients: revenue growth.

In his free time, he dedicates himself to fitness and competitive tennis. Additionally, he cherishes moments spent at his beach house with his wife, Wendy, and their family.
