My entrepreneurial journey spans both the corporate and creative worlds. I built and ran a consulting practice that led large-scale strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, and I also founded a nonprofit equine entertainment organization, performing nationwide with my own stallions. These two ventures couldn’t have been more different, but they taught me the same thing: how to get stuff done, build great teams, and lead with purpose. I also teach Business Development in Bootcamp for new EOS Implementers, helping them grow their own practices with confidence and impact. Whether I’m in the office or the barn, my mission is the same: to help bring clarity, instill accountability and get results.
