Meet Tyler, the seasoned business development, client relations, and sales leader with over 27 years of transformative experience in both public and private sectors, dedicated to empowering small to mid-sized businesses to achieve extraordinary growth. He grew up in an entrepreneurial home that installed an appreciation for what it takes to create, build, and sustain a business. Failing forward around 2002 in his first business with a couple of family members became an invaluable teacher to help himself and others go forward. Moving into his 50s as a second-edition entrepreneur, his integrity, authenticity, and accountability are his foundation, fostering trust to help unlock full potential within people and businesses. As a Mental Fitness Coach and Thinking Partner, he’s like a personal trainer for your mind, body, and soul, helping individuals, teams, and organizations knock down their wall of bricks to ignite peak performance with ease and flow. His expertise in business development, client relations, sales, and leadership consistently drive greater efficiency, leading himself and teams to always grow sales and increase ideal client retention. The Outgrow Sales DOING, not sales training system, is the icing on Tyler’s toolbox, complementing his life’s work thus far. What an incredible gift for the small to mid-sized business owner, the sales culture of all their customer-facing people, and most importantly, the customers they serve. Tyler is a Canadian who grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario, lived in Edmonton, Winnipeg, then settled into Calgary, Alberta, in 2006. His beautiful fiancée calls him a mixture of Ted Lasso, Phil Dunphy from Modern Family, and Jimmy Fallon.
