For over 25 years, I have been starting, building and selling companies in Silicon Valley, with private and public exits. My background has spanned diverse industries, including e-commerce, fintech, media and agtech. Now as an executive coach and certified Outgrow Advisor, I help ambitious leaders grow the companies and achieve their life’s work.

I live in Palo Alto and lead 3 Vistage executive peer groups in Silicon Valley, which meet monthly in person and members support each other. After many years being in the arena, I pay it forward by helping my clients grow their businesses, make happy customers and employees, and provide better lives for their families.
