Outgrow Cohort Registration & Information
The Outgrow Cohort is a five-week practice growth training program that helps you develop prospects, book sales meetings, and sign new clients. We focus on taking action that is statistically proven to fill your pipeline, add sales meetings, and, in EOS, add Focus Days. This cohort will be a combined program for EOSIs, Vistage Chairs, Pinnacle Guides, Story Brand, and others.

In this two-part, highly interactive session, we’ll cover the critical role of your mindset in sales growth and address the fears and discomforts we feel around proactively communicating with clients and prospects to grow sales. We’ll also discuss 10 carefully selected revenue growth communications techniques for you to implement, and you will start applying these actions in the week between our two launch sessions. In the second session, you will listen to success stories and the immediate impact of this work. Finally, we will review the tracking forms and system for you to enter your data, which will generate our scorecards and analytics.

In these two Success and Learning sessions, we examine your data and analytics, and you will share and (mostly) listen to and absorb the incredible success stories of your peers. You will learn about how your colleagues filled their pipelines, scheduled multiple new 90s and sales meetings, and close multiple new clients.

Who will lead this program?
This Outgrow Cohort will be run personally by Alex Goldfayn, founder of Outgrow LLC, and four-time bestselling author of books including Outgrow and Pick Up The Phone and Sell.
What if I can't make the live sessions? Am I out of luck?
No. Everything will be recorded and available in our Circle community for unlimited viewing during the time that the program runs.
Who should attend the training sessions?
This program is for solo business and sales coaches in Duct Tape Marketing, EOS, Pinnacle, Pinnacle, Story Brand, Vistage, and others.
Are there any requirements for participation?
Yes. We ask that you be hungry for fast revenue growth and that if you commit to participating, you do your very best to show up to the four Zoom meetings we will have. Your participation is essential to your successful business growth, but also impacts your colleagues’ experience. We also ask that you track your proactivity using the Outgrow Weekly Results Form and that you report your wins and successes to the group on a weekly basis.
What Happens After The Program Ends?
If you’ve gone through an Outgrow Cohort, you are welcome to participate in all future Outgrow meetings – held for future Cohorts – until further notice.
