I started my design build construction company fresh out of University in 1991 and grew it to a $30M venture.

In 2020, I became an Certified EOS Implementer. Since then, I’ve led over 400+ full-day EOS sessions for 50+ entrepreneurial companies across many industries. I have a direct to the point , get it done approach that may not be everyone’s cup of tea , but is sometimes the impetus some companies need to get unstuck and break through the ceiling .
