As an Outgrow Advisor, I help organizations accelerate their growth. Outgrow provides a proven framework for driving revenue while transforming how leaders and teams approach selling. One of the things I love most is that it focuses on conquering the limiting beliefs that hold sales organizations back. My role is to bring that framework to life for leaders who want measurable results and lasting impact.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to lead growth. As CEO of Pacesetter, I turned to peer advisors to navigate critical decisions in talent, M&A, and change management. That experience cemented my belief in the power of outside perspective and structured guidance. Now, I bring that belief into my work as an Outgrow Advisor and through Empower Leadership, where I coach executives and facilitate leadership teams who want to achieve clarity, alignment, and transformation.

What excites me most about Outgrow is the transformation it sparks in organizations. I love working with those who are building or reinventing something meaningful—whether scaling a business, reshaping a team, or rethinking how they serve clients. Outgrow, alongside my work with Empower Leadership and as a Vistage Chair, gives leaders the clarity, tools, and accountability to lead with confidence and purpose.
