I’m obsessed with organizational development—finding practical, lasting ways to implement change that improves performance and drives better results. With a sharp eye for uncovering opportunities, a knack for developing creative solutions, and a passion for building strong, collaborative teams, I help leadership teams and sales organizations get everything they truly want from their business.

As a Certified Outgrow Advisor and EOS Implementer, I specialize in helping teams gain clarity, alignment, and momentum—transforming sales processes, strengthening accountability, and unlocking scalable growth. My approach is high-energy and results-driven, ensuring not only that your business will thrive, but that you can grow it in a way that doesn’t totally consume you. When I’m not working with my amazing clients, you’ll find me hanging out with my adorable grandsons, kayaking in Vermont, or off on my next adventure. My current project — hiking the NH 48 4,000’s.
