Charlton Keultjes

Charlton Keultjes is a former manufacturing CEO, business advisor, and Outgrow Advisor who has spent his career helping privately held companies grow and become more valuable.

Before becoming an advisor, Charlton spent nearly a decade leading a manufacturing company of approximately 100 employees. While serving as CEO, he was an Outgrow client of Alex Goldfayn and implemented the Outgrow system with his own sales team. During his tenure, he rebuilt the company’s leadership team and key functions, significantly improved profitability, and ultimately helped position the business for a successful sale to private equity.

Charlton loves finding and implementing simple solutions that create disproportionate results. That philosophy has shaped his work as both an operator and advisor and is one of the things that originally attracted him to Outgrow.

Today, Charlton helps owners and leadership teams use Outgrow to create systematic organic revenue growth through simple, proactive sales behaviors.

Charlton is based in South Bend, Indiana, and works with privately held businesses across the country.
