I’ve always had a passion for building businesses, teams, strategies, and the kind of growth that creates opportunity for others. For over 25 years, I’ve worked in executive sales and marketing roles while also pursuing my own path as an entrepreneur.

For the past 11 years I’ve been the CEO of BroadBased, and have helped a wide range of high-performing B2B and B2C organizations and their leadership teams identify opportunities, strengthen their sales and marketing strategies, and turn those strategies into measurable results. My leadership philosophy is rooted in service. I believe the best partnerships are built on putting the success of others first and working purposefully alongside them to create lasting impact.

I live in Jacksonville, FL with my wife Miranda and son Waylon, and only few hours east is our oldest son Jackson, who’s a pre-law student at Florida State.
