What began as a spark during my time in hospitality, wine quickly evolved into a full-fledged passion. I worked in sales for a couple of wine distributors, gaining invaluable industry insight before taking the leap to launch my own wine distribution and importing company.
Over the next 17 years, I built that company from the ground up, championing small, artisan producers and cultivating a vibrant network within the wine community. It was a journey defined by grit, creativity, and collaboration. Together with an incredible team, we turned a vision into a thriving business that made a meaningful impact.
Though that chapter eventually came to a close, the experience shaped me profoundly. The entrepreneurial challenges I faced, and the leadership lessons I learned, became the foundation for my next chapter. Today, my wife & I have relocated to the Chicago area to be close to family, & I serve as a Certified Outgrow Advisor, helping other business leaders achieve sustainable, scalable revenue growth.
