For 17 years, I ran a wine distribution and importing company — built from nothing, focused on small artisan producers, and held together by grit, relationships, and a genuine love for the craft. I learned more about business in that season than I could have anywhere else. What it takes to grow. What it costs to stall. And what it means to lead a team through both.

When that chapter closed, the lessons stayed with me. Things like — growth doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from consistent, proactive outreach to the people who already know you, trust you, and would gladly do more business with you if you simply asked. I lived that truth in the wine world, and I see it play out with every business owner I work with today.

That’s what drew me to Outgrow. Not because it was a new idea, but because it put language and structure around something I’d already experienced firsthand — that the biggest untapped source of revenue for most businesses is already right in front of them.

Today I work with small to mid-sized business owners as a Certified Outgrow Advisor, helping them build simple, repeatable habits around growth. No gimmicks. Just consistent action with the relationships that matter most.
