As an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Implementer since February 2018, Jessica is ecstatic about adding Certified Outgrow Advisor to her portfolio. She lives to help companies run like a Swiss watch, drive proactive and predictable revenue growth, and become recession proof.
Jessica works with a dynamic array of Global Clients across all industries ranging in size from $5M-$250M+. She travels across the US for Clients and offers virtual sessions too.
Jessica was Founder & CEO of a leading national agency in events and experiential marketing with 10,000 part-time W2 field employees throughout the US and Canada, growing it from $0-$26M over 18 years. Their Fortune 500 clients included: Coca-Cola (VEB), Match.com, State Farm, Nintendo, Samsung, google, gogo inflight Internet, Microsoft, Air BnB, HBO, Showtime, Fox, Verizon, etc.

Jessica is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), since 2010, and a former member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).

Jessica has a blended family of four daughters. When she is not working, you can usually find her with her husband and kids or on an adventure somewhere around the world. While a native of the Maryland/DC area, she has lived in Phoenix, AZ for the past 20+ years.
