His career spans purchasing, sales management, operations, and ultimately serving as the General Manager of a $40M manufacturing company. Joe navigated the transition of a privately held, family-owned business through three private equity ownership changes, gaining firsthand experience in leading through complexity and change.

A self-taught manufacturing expert, Joe has a deep background in Lean and Continuous Improvement. During his time as an executive, he saw the power of EOS® in action using it to develop his leadership team and drive the company’s strategic plan. One standout achievement was transitioning a declining military sales segment into a thriving direct-to-consumer business, growing from $1.2M to $13M in annual revenue within six years.
