Mari Tautimes spent 22 years growing her family business where she experienced first-hand all the joy and suffering that comes along with entrepreneurial leadership, from being listed in the top agencies in the country to losing a contract requiring her to personally lay off ½ of her staff. She was constantly on a mission to learn, grow and develop herself to be the best leader she could for her team and organization, always seeking to sharpen her skills to be able to solve any issue that came her way. Along that journey, she found EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), brought it into the organization and loved it. After a successful exit in 2020, she became an EOS Implementer, helping other leaders achieve clarity, results, and traction in their own businesses. The most common issue for most of Mari’s teams is understanding how to achieve consistent revenue growth year over year, and she’s excited to add Outgrow Advising to her toolbelt to help her clients learn how to do that so that they can thrive in any economy. Mari lives in Phoenix with her husband Andrew and 4 kids. Whenever she’s not working, she’s doing everything she can to play, travel and connect with them.
