Megan Kacvinsky is the CEO and majority owner of Point To Point, a sales & marketing agency focused on helping building materials brands grow revenue through aligned sales and marketing strategy and execution. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded beyond traditional marketing services to include Fractional CMO support and Outgrow sales coaching, giving manufacturers senior-level commercial leadership without the cost of full-time hires.
With nearly two decades of experience in B2B marketing and strategic leadership, Megan specializes in complex, specification-driven businesses where buying cycles are long, multiple stakeholders and decision makers shape every sale, and the stakes are high. She helps building materials leaders bring clarity, accountability, and measurable ROI to their go-to-market efforts, so every dollar spent and every conversation with a prospect supports business growth.
Before becoming CEO, Megan served as Partner of Client Services at Point To Point, where she built and led integrated sales and marketing programs for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies across the Building Materials, Industrial, and Food Manufacturing sectors.
Megan earned a B.S. in Business from Miami University and an MBA from John Carroll University. She was recognized by the YWCA of Greater Cleveland as a Woman of Professional Excellence and is a proud member of Leadership Cleveland’s Class of 2021 (best class ever). She served seven years on the Board of Directors at Beaumont School and currently serves on the board of Friends of Max Hayes, a Cleveland Metropolitan School District school that provides career pathways into construction, manufacturing, and transportation.
