I’m a seasoned entrepreneur who helps business owners, leaders, and sales teams build the habits that support predictable revenue growth. In addition to being an Outgrow Advisor, I am also an EOS Implementer helping dozens of organizations scale and grow.

Over the past two decades, I’ve built and sold two businesses, growing multimillion-dollar companies and experiencing firsthand the excitement and uncertainty of scaling. From Wall Street to entrepreneurship, my career has taught me that strong relationships and consistent action are essential to lasting success.

I believe the best businesses are built when their people truly understand the difference their products or services make for customers. When teams believe in the value they bring, reaching out becomes an opportunity to help…and selling becomes more natural and confident.

Today, I help teams turn proactive sales into an everyday discipline. Through Outgrow, we focus on simple, repeatable actions: reaching out, strengthening relationships, following up, and asking for business. The goal is to help teams pursue 15%–30% predictable growth by consistently creating opportunities.

My style is warm, candid, and practical, with a strong emphasis on holding leaders and teams accountable for putting Outgrow into action. I bring the perspective of someone who has built businesses herself, along with a belief that selling starts with helping. Based in Pittsburgh, I’m passionate about helping leaders grow valuable businesses and giving their teams the confidence and accountability to keep moving forward.
