In running an engineering firm where my primary responsibility was to bring in revenue, it was a tough task by myself. I loved the hunt for sales and the conversations that occurred. Maintaining the relationships by calling when nothing was wrong came natural to me.
It was overwhelming though to do all of the sales by myself. When the size of the firm was too much for one person, I started showing anyone who had contact with a client how to maintain the relationship and look for a possible sale.
I retired from engineering and became an EOS implementor. I struggled with sales as an EOSi. Then came Alex Goldfayn. He resurrected my love of Sales and taught me additional tools I wish I would have had in my engineering firm. As I had joy in showing engineers how to sell, I am enjoying sharing with others how to grow revenue.
By the way Outgrow helped me grow my EOS practice from from 3 to 11 clients in six months. I have used Outgrow to run my businesses.
