I’ve always been fascinated by what drives human behavior – and especially why we so often don’t take the actions we know we should. In sales and growth, the missing piece is rarely talent or effort. It’s mindset, habits, and disciplined execution.

Outgrow is the most practical, behavior-changing growth system I’ve come across: it’s simple and refreshingly human. The 15–30% organic growth it delivers, without adding headcount, is what becomes possible when sales is something a company does, not something that happens to it.

I bring more than two decades of operating and advising experience scaling businesses. I have grown companies from the inside as a COO and Chief Growth Officer and helped dozens more from the outside as an advisor, consultant, and coach. As a Certified Outgrow Advisor, I help B2B leadership teams turn unpredictable revenue into a system that delivers 15-30% growth, every year.

As Chief Growth Officer at Vitality, a global B2B digital health company, I led a 255% growth run over five years. Before that, I served as COO of publicly listed Life Healthcare. I know what it feels like to own a number, miss it, hit it, and have to figure out why – and how to build a system so the next quarter doesn’t depend on heroics.

** A Builder’s Perspective **

My view of growth has been shaped from every seat at the table. I cut my teeth at Goldman Sachs, built operational playbooks at McKinsey & Company and Accenture, and spent a decade at specialist bank Investec working alongside revenue-generating teams and portfolio companies to build repeatable sales systems. I’m also active at Pavilion, where I work alongside a community of 2,000+ revenue operators on what’s next in B2B growth. This mix has taught me that growth isn’t an accident: with the right system, it can be controllable.

** Helping Leaders Get Unstuck **

I invest deeply in relationships and work hard to build and sustain trust. I trained at the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon, rounding out my coaching experience and learning to navigate high-stakes, high-friction moments. When I work with Series B+ leadership teams to replace revenue swings with repeatable growth, I’m supportive and practical – and I care.
