Diya Khurana

I am a business growth coach and advisor based in Vadodara, India, with over 18 years of experience in training, coaching and facilitation. Over the years, I have worked extensively with founders and leadership teams across industries, helping them strengthen leadership capability, create alignment and build teams that take greater ownership. For the past six years, as a Bloom Growth Implementer, my work has focused on helping founder led, second and third generation businesses bring greater structure and discipline to growth and execution. I currently work with businesses across India, Bangladesh and Dubai.

Sales and business growth have always been areas I am particularly passionate about. A significant part of my work with businesses has involved strategizing their sales function, creating simple and consistent sales processes, identifying growth opportunities and helping teams become more proactive and intentional about sales. Over the years, I developed and applied my own practical approaches to sales growth and saw the impact they created for my clients. That is also what attracted me to Outgrow, the opportunity to build on this experience with a proven and structured sales growth methodology that complements the work I already do with leadership teams.

I hold an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and began my career with three years in HR before moving independently into training, facilitation and business coaching. Alongside my coaching practice, I am also a partner in Khurana Constructions, our family construction business in Vadodara, which gives me the perspective of being both a business owner and an advisor to other entrepreneurs. I live in Vadodara with my husband, Vishal, and our two children.
