Matt Zajac brings 20 years of sales and commercial leadership experience to his work as an Outgrow Advisor. He has built his career leading sales teams, managing major customer relationships, negotiating long-term agreements, developing people, and driving revenue growth across industrial, manufacturing, steel, maritime, and logistics businesses.

That experience shapes Matt’s approach to Outgrow. He understands firsthand that most organizations don’t lack opportunity—they struggle to consistently execute the proactive behaviors that create predictable, sustainable growth. His focus is helping teams move from reactive to proactive by building a practical rhythm of customer communication, business development, accountability, and follow-through.
