He is a Certified EOS Implementer® and Certified Outgrow Advisor, with two decades of experience building, operating, and advising B2B businesses across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and India.

Sid’s perspective is shaped by lived experience as an operator. He has scaled multiple businesses, sat in the middle as the bottleneck, and dealt with the consequences of reactive leadership and sales driven by hope rather than intention. That journey now informs his work with clients who want growth that is sustainable, repeatable, and not reliant on heroics.

Sid holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and began his career as a software engineer with National Instruments. He lives in London with his wife and two children.
